Dream Chefs is a 501(c)(3) organization that teaches kids with special financial, physical or mental needs how to cook nutritious meals.

Our Story

Stacey Stolman had the wonderful opportunity over the past 15 years to run and operate a cooking school for children. Throughout her teachings, she believed that there was a void that needed to be addressed with children and young adults.

Our Mission

Children in our programs may have special circumstances, whether it be financial, physical or mental.  Cooking is a life skill that can become a profession or even a vehicle to enhance one’s profession. Proper nutrition and culinary skills are the foundation to health and wellness.

"We live in such a fast paced society where food is heavily processed and manufactured, while being financially subsidized. This type of food may seem economical, but in terms of health, it becomes very expensive," comments Stacey.

Dream Chefs wants to educate and provide the students with lessons in the culinary arts and nutrition that they will use for their lifetime.
